At the start of the process, a virtual orientation meeting takes place to clarify concept note details, templates, process expectations, and address questions.
The FMU is available to answer questions regarding the templates and requirements throughout the application period.
03. Evaluation of Concept Notes
Initial screening of applicant organisations.

Scoring of concept notes.
04. Due Diligence
Further information and documentation to proceed with the assessment of the veracity of responses provided by applicants through the self-assessment and applicants undergo sanctions screening.
05. Concept Note Presentations
Shortlisted eligible applicant organisations are invited to present their Concept Notes to the Technical Committee.
06. Final Selection Decision
Based on the results of the evaluation and the Concept Note presentations, the TC selects the successful eligible organisations (or consortia) in line with the number of grants awardable with the country Call for Concept Notes.
