CALL FOR CONCEPT NOTES (CFCN) – YEMEN
The Nabni Facility is pleased to announce a Call for Concept Notes (CfCN) to solicit proposals from Yemeni civil society organisations for projects in Yemen. This CfCN covers specific geographical areas within the country. CFCN/YE/24/001 for projects implemented in the following areas of Yemen: Aden, Abyan, Al-Mahrah, Al-Dhale, Hadramaut, Socotra, Lahij, Shabwah, Taiz, Hodeidah and Marib governorates

The Call for Concept Notes template can be downloaded from the Nabni electronic Call for Proposals system (Nabni e-CfP) using the link above from 01 Sep 2024 until 30 Sep 2024 at 23:55 (Amman time, GMT+3).
Submitting Questions and Responses to Questions Received:
Applicants are welcome to submit any questions they may have about the process or content of the Call for Concept Notes. Questions may be submitted using the link that is available in the Call for Concept Notes document.
To submit questions, please access the Call for Concept Notes using the link provided in the previous section. Once downloaded, you can submit your questions via the designated link. In the interest of transparency and fairness, the Nabni Facility will compile answers to all questions received and publish these twice a week without identifying the source of the questions. It is the responsibility of the applicants to check the website regularly for responses using the link above
Please note that requests for clarification sent via email or other channels will not be considered.
To upload and submit Concept Notes, please follow the instructions outlined in the eCFP_Instructions for applicant organizations document.
Concept Notes shall be uploaded and submitted through the e-CfP system no later than 30 Sep 2024 (23:55 Amman time – GMT+3).
It is not possible to submit your Concept Note after the deadline or outside the Nabni e-CfP system. Failure to meet the closing date will result in the Concept Note being rejected.
